Mars joins Saturn in Aquarius, an aspect that has a deserved reputation for difficulty. We’re laying the foundation for a new era, one built on new ideas and solid intelligence. This foundation must serve us over the next two years. Build wisely.
Mars and Saturn only come together in the sky every two years. (For perspective, Mars and Saturn were last conjunct in April of 2018.) And if Mars is action, then it traditionally runs into a bit of a wall with Saturn, the planet that says no more than it says yes. Further, Mars and Saturn in Aquarius, the sign of community, humanity, and social connection. We may be feeling more separated than usual, the hard boundary of quarantine more acutely.
So it’s a day to examine our limits. Where are we being told no? Where are we feeling pushback and resistance? How can we take care of ourselves and reach out to others, if only virtually, to soften the limits of social distancing?
That said, Mars and Saturn are an invitation to step forward into this new Saturn in Aquarius era. It’s a day to be an intellectual authority. Know your sources and cite them. It’s also a day to be a leader in our communities, ones with integrity and worthy of respect. Since Mars brings life to what it touches, it’s a day where our Saturn in Aquarius story begins, a story that will be with us until March 2023.
In the meantime, the Moon’s in Cancer. If you’re not already staying at home, the astrology is certainly the most ideal for staying at home. Make sure you’re focusing not only on what matters the most, but what nourishes and feeds your heart as well as your soul.

I listened to it today on the way to work.♥ I really take these outer planets..seriously. You were talking about Mars in Aqarius for Cancer (me) and you said something about going Deep within.. but the key word that held space in my spirit was SELF-MASTERY..that there’s a certain area in my life, being..where I may be called to Master it for once and for all. (something like that) Anyways.. I latched on to it. I know what can’t be ignored for me. Thanks for all you do. Be well ♥
