We go into the weekend with a Cancer Moon, one that is a reminder that is a reminder that we have to care for ourselves. And with the North Node in Cancer this year, it’s an imperative. How will you be kind to yourself today? How will you connect with others?

If you’ve been paying close attention to the sky of late, you’ll notice that for all of 2019 the planets have been bunched up between three and five of the signs. The North Node, however, has been a lonely outlier in Cancer, a stark contrast to the ballast of having Saturn, Pluto, and the South Node in Capricorn. Translation? We have to leave behind the things that weigh us down, that drain us, that bury us. Our hearts as well as our souls need our attention. We’re needing something that’s been missing. It’s practically a cry. (This was actually a tangent I went off on in my packed talk last night on astrology and past lives to the New York Astrology Meetup.)

The Moon will meet up with the North Node on Saturday, so make sure you’re tending to your nest on Saturday as well as making time for the things that really matter. By Sunday, the Moon arrives in Leo, a sign that loves a celebration as well as art, performance, and play. Note that the Sun and Mercury are squaring off with Jupiter right now. We may be a little overindulgent.

PS — I hope you can join me for my webinar on Uranus in Taurus on April 6. I’m going to be spending an hour and a half getting you ready for the next seven years, the time that Uranus will spend in Taurus. There’s a certain part of your life that you’ll need to leave your comfort zone. Want to learn more? Check out my Uranus in Taurus registration page.
