Coming off of Sunday’s powerful solar eclipse, we start the week off in a new time, one that not only stretches to the end of the year, but also puts us on a very different path. Things may be shaking a rearranging as a result. After all, that’s what eclipses do.
If we’re feeling the twists and turns of the eclipse energy, what will we do to take care of ourselves, to nurture and make ourselves feel safe? With the eclipse in the sign of Cancer, it’s all about emotional connection, from tenderheartedness to the importance of forming strong social bonds. (Read more about the solar eclipse in my Cancer New Moon report.)
This week we have a few more twists and turns. Neptune turns retrograde on Tuesday, June 23, asking us all to open our hearts more, to surrender, and to heal. Then on Thursday, June 25, Venus ends its 40 day retrograde in Gemini, a sign where it had to reevaluate its choices and see things from a different perspective.
But the big news this week is Mars’s arrival in Aries on June 27, a sign that it will spend six months in versus its usual six weeks. Mars is Aries is like stepping on the gas and moving very fast very quickly. It can be bold and courageous but it can also be brash and impatient. A particular part of our lives will heat up as a result. You can learn which part in my Mars in Aries: Sign by Sign guide.
I’ll be talking about this and more on my weekly Facebook Live today, June 22, at 6:15 pm EDT. You can watch the replay here as well as YouTube, IGTV, and Spotify.
