This powerful lunar month we’ve been in will come a head tomorrow with the Capricorn Full Moon. If the new moon seeds our energetic and holographic reality, then the full moon is its potential realized, like a branch heavy with fruit … or a spark turned into a blazing fire.
And what is Capricorn? It’s a sign that teaches us lessons of mastery. It says if you want something badly, be prepared to climb. As the the final of the three earth signs, it represents dominion over the material world, success, and status.
Do keep in mind that there is high Capricorn, a wonderful steady, grounding energy that works hard for its goals and inspires leadership and mentorship with its maturity. Then there’s low Capricorn energy — achievement at any cost, money over humanity, matter over sprit, choices made without any care for negative consequence. Since Pluto has been in Capricorn since 2008, we’ve been holding a mirror to the sign of Capricorn and looking deep into the often dark side of low Capricorn. Hence some of the things have been happening over the last eight years.
The full moon will shine a light on these themes, asking us to make a decision about how we work for our goals, the responsibilities we take on, and the mark we want to make in this world. More on that tomorrow.
