Venus arrives in Aquarius, teaching us the value of community and friendships. Here Venus needs space to roam, intellectualize, and connect with various social and political ideals. Unconventional and wonderfully weird, Venus in Aquarius makes its own rules in relationships and beauty.

Again, we’re creeping up on Aquarius Season and tomorrow, January 19, the Sun joins Venus in Aquarius. For those in the know, Aquarius is one of the last signs of the zodiac. Having begun our journey in Aries, the first sign, we’ve evolved through the experiences that each following sign had to teach us.

When we reach Aquarius, we’re quite far away the personal experiences of the first few signs. We’ve stepped out of the interpersonal and intimate experiences of Libra and Scorpio. We’ve gazed out into the world through Sagittarius and Capricorn. Now, in Aquarius, we’re at the level of the collective, the level of humanity.

Aquarius Season is a great time to remember that we’re not just individuals but, instead, part of something bigger. What we create and express for ourselves affects the whole. In Aquarius Season, prepare to zoom out and see things from a much broader canvas.
