We’re coming off yesterday’s Aquarius Full Moon energies, a full moon that not only put us in touch with our shared humanity, but potentially shook us or opened our awareness to something new. We may still be feeling the energy today as well.
Yes, the full moon made what’s called a square to Uranus in Taurus and, as a result, is a full moon to break out of old patterns and limitations. Where are you feeling the push to leave your comfort zone? Where do you need to change what you think and what you value? (You can read my Aquarius Full Moon report here.)
Today the Moon rounds out its time in Aquarius and we’re still focusing on themes around friendship and connection, community and social causes. Mercury also reaches the end of Cancer a sign that the planet of communication found its heart and sensitivity in, and arrives in Leo later today. Before it does, we may be looking back to what we learned while Mercury was in Cancer since May 28 — heart-to-heart communication, vulnerability, family patterns around communication, and nostalgia.
When planets change signs, it’s a change in the story somewhat. With Venus also changing signs this week, arriving in Cancer on August 7, the narrative is definitely changing. I talked more about this in my weekly astrology video for August 3-9, 2020, which you can watch the replay here.
