Between the Sun in Taurus and the Moon in Libra, we start the weekend off on a Venusian vibe. Think relationships, socialization, charm, and even beauty. Venus as well as the Moon need connection. It’s a good day to make plans or check in with a friend.
By Sunday April 29, the mood will shift towards more serious matters, especially anything that touches on deep emotions, secrets, taboo, vulnerability, and intimacy. After all, Sunday marks the Scorpio Full Moon, a time in the lunar calendar when the light shines on all the things we’d rather not talk about in polite company — sex, death, and money. And since the full moon will spark off of the recent merge of Mars and Pluto, don’t be surprised if you’re working through some uncomfortable emotions that need to be released.
Although Scorpio isn’t an easy sign, it’s a sign that has a very important purpose — to help us transition and change. Scorpio will show you what’s way past its sell-by date even though you’re holding into it … if you get my drift. Scorpio will also show you what you don’t want to look at. But, if you’ve ever had to face your fears, you know how powerful it is to make it through to the other side. More on that later.
