We’re in Capricorn Season, which means it’s all about the real world, from the responsibilities we hold to the maturity needed to build something in our lives. Today’s Aquarius Moon helps give us vision of how to practically move forward.
I know I’ve said this already, but I want to continue to bring attention to the fact that we’re in eclipse season, which officially began with the solar eclipse on January 5 at 15 degrees Capricorn. Eclipses initiate a story, one that will unfold in different chapters and plot twists just just over the coming weeks, but the coming months. This story is about making powerful and lasting changes in our lives — changes that support our future, our growth, and our maturity. It’s also a story about boundaries and saying no to the toxic influences we’ve been otherwise engaged in up until now.
There will be points where a planet triggers the eclipse story. The Moon, for instance, will square the eclipse on January 13. Mars will square the eclipse on January 24. Keep an eye on these dates to gain better clarity about the story that is unfolding for you. (This may be some intermediate astrology for most of you, but wanted to mention for those who are eclipse nerds like me.)
Speaking of nerding out, the Moon’s in Aquarius today, a sign known for its intellect and ability to grasp complex concepts. It’s also a sign that highlights the communities that we’re apart of as well as the people we call allies. It’s a day to reach out to friends and make connection.
