Mars and Uranus join up in Gemini today and tomorrow, a conjunction that will act as a catalyst for larger changes to come over the next few years. Conversations and messages may jolt. Information may illuminate. Life may feel as though it is moving very fast.
Astrology is made up of fast moving influences, planets that swiftly circle the Sun and reflect life on an individual level, from our personalities to how we connect and relate to others. Astrology is also made up of slower moving influences, planets that can take anywhere from one to twenty years to cross one sign of the zodiac. These slower planets reflect life on a larger level, especially planets that are “evolutionary” in nature, acting as a slow moving force that can transform an area of our lives over years.
When Uranus entered Gemini on April 25 this year, it entered a sign that it will take seven years to fully cross. We may experience this as an awakening or an event that profoundly shifts how we see things or an opportunity to break free from the past. Or we may experience this emotionally and internally. It is for us to take note so that we may later understand the threads that Uranus will weave through our lives over the next seven years.
