Another Gemini Moon day, another day to express our curiosity, to seek and explore, to focus on how we think and communicate. Since we are a week from a lunar eclipse, our experiences this week have a charge to them. Emotions may be running high.
We are in the space between the eclipses, a vortex-like space where time bends and people come in and out of our lives. There is a liminal and otherworldly quality to this time as well as a subtext to our experiences. A seed has been planted for a new beginning, one that we may have gotten a glimpse of in November. Or, the events of February may be a preview of May, the point between the solar eclipse of February 17 and the solar eclipse of August 12. Next week’s lunar eclipse will be a Virgo Full Moon at 12 degrees, part of a series of eclipses that have been unfolding between Pisces and Virgo since September 2024 with a preview in June 2024. Both Pisces and Virgo are the helping and healing signs; they have a deep desire to help others and to be of service. Virgo governs over our physical world, Pisces our spiritual world, two signs that speak to heaven and earth.
Whatever unfolds around this eclipse is likely not new, but part of a story that has been with us for a year and a half. (Note that we had a Virgo lunar eclipse on March 14, 2025 and there will be a final eclipse in Virgo, the last in the series, on February 20, 2027.)
