The Moon moves onto Leo, reaching the last quarter moon before a solar eclipse. Pay attention to the stories and themes emerging. They are a preview of the October 25 Scorpio solar eclipse. They also thread back to previous series of eclipses in April and May.
That’s the thing about astrology — especially eclipses. It measures time and how time unfolds and the interconnectivity, like a spiral, that links us back to different moments in time. They also plan,t the seed for future events to come.
The days and weeks around eclipses can be a bit strange, interstitial, and liminal. Time bends. A doorway appears. People and events rush in and out of our lives. All we have to look back at the previous eclipses in the series … a lunar eclipse in Taurus on November 19, 2021; a solar eclipse in Taurus on April 30, 2022; a lunar eclipse in Scorpio on May 16, 2022 as well as the midpoints of February 2022 and August 2022.
I’m going to be talking all about eclipses in my webinar on Saturday, October 22 at 12pm ET (recording available), especially how eclipses help along with Saturn’s help, to build the energy of time and our experience with time. Details and registration in the link.
In the meantime, a flirty trine between Venus in Libra and Mars in Gemini makes the day more interesting. Put in a square to Pluto and it’s magnetic and maybe even a little obsessive.
