Welcome to Pisces Season. When we reach Pisces we’ve reached the end of the zodiac. We’ve explored life in its many forms; we’ve accumulated the wisdom that comes from all the signs that followed; We’ve loved, we’ve lost. We connect to universality and return again to Source.

Pisces is a sign that’s driven by feeling. So, this month, we’ll be connecting with our emotions, especially our emotions on a deeper level — emotions such as compassion, understanding of others, and even forgiveness. It’s also a time to connect to our spirituality as Pisces spans the space between this life and the next. We’re reflecting as well as searching for deeper meaning.

It’s important to note that Pisces points towards Jupiter’s ongoing journey through Scorpio. Seeing how Scorpio has a penchant for unfiltered intimacy and themes of trust, power, control, and secrets, things may get a bit messy this month. (Keep an eye on March 8 when Jupiter turns retrograde at 23 Scorpio; there may be an emotional release or two.) If things do get messy, thankfully we have Pisces, like the hand of the divine, to pull us through any emotional storms.

To that, this is a month to let go and forgive. As we round out the astrological year, think of what you don’t want to bring with you. It’s a second chance, in a way, to start over and reboot your New Year’s resolutions. In fact, the Virgo Full Moon on March 1 will will help us get very practical, motivating us to make major changes in our diet, health, routine, and how we take care of our body. You know, all those New Year’s-y types of resolutions to eat better, go to the gym, and get organized.

Mercury and Venus will move into Aries on March 6, helping us to dry out a little bit after all this heavy emotions. Aries is fire to Pisces’s water; a new beginning to an ending. Venus and Mercury in Aries, however, can be a bit brassy and self absorbed. If there’s a conflict, we’re less likely to want to find a common ground. Watch out for arguments, especially as Mercury turns retrograde on March 22 and Venus squares off Pluto on March 23.

Before that can happen, Mars will say goodbye to Sagittarius on March 17, arriving in Capricorn for an eight week stay. Mars loves to be in Capricorn. It’s commanding, it’s driven. And it’s also activating Saturn’s stay in Capricorn. As a result, the later half of March may have a serious overtone to it. Life may feel quite real as we assess our progress, take on new responsibilities, and step up to Saturn in Capricorn’s higher bar.

On the same day that Mars changes signs, a Pisces New Moon will move us into a new lunar month, one focused on deep healing. Making a conjunction to Chiron and a square to Mars, the following four weeks will force us to confront our emotional pain — the psychic knots and scars that keep us from being our true selves. Thankfully the new moon will make a trine to Jupiter in Scorpio. There are opportunities to be had, but we have to be willing to dive into Scorpio’s unknown to find them.

Read for your Sun and rising sign.

Aries

March 21–April 19

Aries Glyph

Getting pulled in two directions? With your ruling planet Mars in travel hungry Sagittarius, you’ve been feeling the urge to roam, explore, and seek out new perspectives. It’s a restless placement for Mars one one that may have you packing your bags for a big trip. But a line up of planets in Pisces has you pulling away from the world. Pisces Season is a natural time for you to reflect, especially as you come up to another birthday. As a result, you may be spending more time alone than usual, contemplating life’s deeper mysteries, or laying low and resting. (Make sure you take your Vitamin C. Sometimes all this Pisces energy can make you more susceptible to colds.) I know, Aries. You’re used to moving at a much faster speed. But we all have to take a break from time to time. So, as you enjoy (not enjoy?) your time out, use the opportunity to get in touch with your deeper emotions as well as the fears that are still holding you back. The good thing about Pisces Season is that it’s giving you a chance to leave things behind as you step into you a new personal year. So, what do you want to let go of? This can include bad habits and other attachments. The full moon on March 1 will put health and wellness in the spotlight. You may need to make a decision about how you tend to your physical body as well as diet and fitness. But the full moon will highlight a pull between your spiritual life and your daily life. As you tend to your body this month, make sure you tend to your soul as well. By March 6, some of the emotional tide will start to recede as Mercury and Venus move into Aries. Even as you negotiate needing more down time than usual, Mercury and Venus will be a chatty, social boost. Note that Venus is your relationship planet and you may be feeling more independant and singularly minded this month. Keep this in mind as Venus passes by Saturn on March 13; you may have a decision to make about a relationship or you and a partner may be talking about next steps. If you’re single and looking for a partner, use this meetup of Venus to Saturn to get clearer about what you want in a serious relationship. Then on March 17 and new moon will again put an emphasis on Pisces, highlighting spirituality, meditation, dreams, and retreat for the rest of the month. With the energy of the new moon pointing towards Jupiter in Scorpio, you may have to dig deep into your psyche and your shadow, facing issues around trust, intimacy, and control. Mars, your ruling planet, will make a big move on March 17 as well, stepping into Capricorn. The pressure will be on. As the Sun arrives in Aries a few days later on March 20, you’ll be kicking off another birthday season under Saturn’s watch, a planet that wants you to grow up and take responsibility. Maybe not the lightest of influences for your birthday, but Saturn can help you build success in 2018 if you do the right thing, honor your commitments, and have a good relationship with time. More on that next month. Want to learn more about how the astrology of March will affect you? Book your consultation now.

Taurus

April 20–May 20

Taurus Glyph

Do you feel the earth trembling, Taurus? Last month’s eclipses may have pulled you in a very different direction, opening up new beginnings in career, relationships, or even your living situation. Let’s face it. You’re not one for a lot of change all at once, so you may be starting the month off with a need to get back to yourself. In particular, the full moon on March 1, will shine a light on the part of your astrology chart that defines what makes you who you are. As a result, you may be working through themes of identity and self expression, especially how that connects you to something larger like community. It takes a lot of bravery and courage to be yourself, even when it runs counter to the expectations of others. On March 6, your ruling planet, Venus, will dip into the last sector of your chart, a place designed to pull you away from the world to rest, relax, and recharge. For the rest of the month, things may feel quiet or you may need more alone time than usual. Yet, at the same time, March is Pisces Season, a time when you naturally turn towards the friends in your life as well as the community you’re a part of. Even as you pull back from the world, you may find yourself still quite social. Just make sure you rest. Speaking of social, ever since Jupiter moved into your relationship sign last October, you’ve been exploring new connections. In fact, 2018 is a year where relationship is a major theme. You may have started a relationship; you may have ended a relationship. Nevertheless, it’s an area that will continue to be a point of attention into the end of year. When Jupiter turns retrograde on March 8, you may see exactly what Jupiter has been opening up for you in this arena. Then on March 17, Mars will change signs, heating up the travel and education part of your chart. Between the Pisces New Moon on the same day and these planetary stirrings that are pushing you to reflect, you may be trying to figure out big existential questions. What’s your truth? What does it all mean? Do you need to travel to find that truth? What is your integrity based on? Note that you may find March a bit of an emotional month as the Pisces Sun stirs up some deep feels. Something to be aware of as you negotiate its psychic landscape. And, heads up, you’re coming up on a major planetary shift in May, one that will kick off a seven (!) year chapter of personal reinvention, awakening, and transformation. More on that next month. Gemini

May 21–June 20

Gemini Glyph

With the Sun traveling through your career sign of Pisces this month, the spotlight is on your place in the world. In fact, Pisces is the highest sign in your chart, a sign that helps you connect to things like responsibility, ambition, and your professional life. Pisces isn’t exactly a sign that’s known for its ruthless ladder climbing. Instead, it’s altruistic, compassionate, and plugged into the needs of humanity. So it’s important to check in how your career or your direction in life lines up with a deeper need to have a positive impact on the world. With that in mind, you may be doing some professional soul searching this month. It’s important to remember that everything in life rests on the foundation that you build for yourself. The full moon on March 1 will highlight this pull between your worldly ambitions and one of the most sensitive parts of your chart — home, family, roots, and emotional connection. As a result, this may be the time of year when you’re thinking of moving, making a change in your living situation, or spending more time with the people who give life meaning. Then on March 6, Mercury, your ruling planet will move into Aries, giving you a sense of renewal. Aries is also the sign that helps you explore and connect with friends and community. Keep this in mind as Mercury will turn retrograde on March 22, so you may be rethinking or reevaluating this part of your life. In fact, all of your relationships will be getting a second look this month, especially once Jupiter turns retrograde on March 8. Jupiter actually pulls double duty in your chart. It’s both your relationship planet and your career planet. And it’s your career as well as your direction in life that’s getting some attention this month with the new moon on March 17. The second half of the month may bring a need to change jobs, head in a new direction, take on new responsibility, or define your place in the world. So, coupled with Mercury Retrograde on March 22, you may feel like life is shifting gears on you. Thankfully you’re a Gemini, a sign known for its flexibility. Nevertheless, you’ve got some big things to figure out this month, and it may take until April for all the pieces to fully shake out. Lastly, note that Mars will change signs on March 17, turning up the heat on themes of intimacy, trust, sexuality, and vulnerability — areas that you’ve been having to start doing some heaving lifting in ever since Saturn moved into Capricorn back on December 19. Money and finance may be a focus as well. Make sure you have all your accounts tended to and organized. (It is tax season after all, at least here in the States.) Want to learn more about how the astrology of March will affect you? Book your consultation now.

Cancer

June 21–July 22

Cancer Glyph

Pisces Season is a time for you to stretch out a bit. With the Sun traveling through your chart’s sector of travel, you may be turning your attention to distant horizons this month, from foreign shores to long journeys elsewhere. Pisces is also one of your education signs, so you may be instead traveling with your mind as well as your daydreams. Nevertheless, it’s a month to express what you believe in and think about the deeper things that build your sense of how you see the world and the integrity you live by. Additionally, it may be an artistic or musical time for you, with an emphasis on creativity and expressing a talent. Having said that, March will open with a full moon, one that will touch on how you think and speak as well as how you get the education you need. You may be making a decision about signing up for classes or a workshop. With an emphasis on curiosity and the mind, you may be feeling restless as well, moving around town from different appointments or feeling a strong urge to get away from it all. Enjoy it while you can as the narrative will start to push towards career, which means that the rest of March may demand more time out of your responsibilities and professional duties. But, in the meantime, Jupiter’s change of direction on March 8, will put an emphasis on having fun. Maybe this fun involves a far away tropical beach? The new moon on March 17 may give you an opportunity to plan a getaway. Or, at the very least, give you a platform to be yourself, revel in your talents, and express what you believe in. Also on March 17, Mars will move into your relationship sign of Capricorn, heating up your experiences with other people. If you’re presently in a relationship, an issue that has been simmering may come to the surface. In fact, with Saturn also in your relationship sign since December, this is an area you’re having to do a lot of work on. Meaning, it’s time to settle down in you haven’t, it’s time to define what relationship means to you, it’s time to set boundaries or make commitments, it’s time to make other people a higher priority than in the past. Mars will just ignite this bigger story that has only just started to unfold and will continue to unfold over the next couple of years. And, speaking of responsibilities, the end of the month will start to put a bigger emphasis on career as well as pushing forward with your professional ambitions. Plus, April may be a bit of a bumpy month, just a heads up. More on that later. Want to learn more about how the astrology of March will affect you? Book your consultation now.

Key Themes: Foreign travel, long distance journeys, other cultures, beliefs, philosophy, publishing integrity, education, higher education, university, classes, learning, writing, speaking, thinking, movement, commute, transportation, information, siblings, self expression, identity, talent, performance, fun, leisure, children, relationships, other people, partnerships, social interaction, career, responsibilities, professional life, status, ambition, title, recognition, direction, maturity.

Leo

July 23–August 22

Leo Glyph

Leo, this is the time in your personal calendar when you check in with your deep self. You know, the more intimate and vulnerable parts of your psyche. Pisces Season is when you make the descent, like Persephone, to swim in the known and unknown. It’s a time to face your fears, your shadow. And seeing how this Pisces Season is pointing its energy towards Jupiter in Scorpio, you’re diving into emotional territory that takes you way back — to childhood, to your memories, instincts, and even ancestry. With the heavens stirring things up, you may find that March demands that you lets some things go. That said, the month opens up with a full moon, one that puts the spotlight on money and material stability. It’s not surprising, with all this uncomfortable emotional energy swirling about, that you seek you solid ground this month, making sure you have what you need to feel safe and secure — snacks, a warm blanket. The full moon followed by the new moon two weeks later on March 17 will touch on finance and assets, especially the resources you share with a partner or with other people. In short, make sure you have your financial life tended to this month, taking care of debts, loans, and taxes. ‘Tis the season. Speaking of getting things in order, Mars will change signs on March 17, moving into your chart’s sector of work, health, and daily grind. Make sure you stay on top of your schedule in the second half of March. (Perhaps easier said than done with Mercury coming on it’s latest retrograde on March 22.) Additionally, stay on top of your physical health. In fact, this is an area getting a lot of focus courtesy of Saturn in Capricorn. It’s time to master the minutiae of daily life, from how you take care of your body to the habits and rituals that take you from sunup to sundown. It’s time to purify the things that aren’t working for you. It’s time to eat the food that works best for your body. Mars will set in motion many things that have been percolating in this department since December. The end of the month may be busy with work and projects, so enjoy any downtime while it lasts. Keep in mind that the big gears of your life are moving right now. February’s eclipses may have thrown you for a loop, but Uranus’s arrival in your career sign starting May 15 will kick off a seven (!) year chapter of reinventing yourself professionally. You know, no big deal. More on that next month. Want to learn more about how the astrology of March will affect you? Book your consultation now.

Key Themes: The psyche, emotions, feelings, the deep self, the shadow, emotional security, emotional stability, intimacy, trust, secrets, vulnerability, sexuality, the self, identity, creativity, children, talents, work, projects, health, wellness, diet, fitness, nutrition, money, income, material stability, finance, wealth, debt, taxes, inheritance, legacies, resources, assets, shared resources, a partner’s income, education, foreign travel, long distance journeys.

Virgo

August 23–September 22

Virgo Glyph

It’s all about relationships this month. In fact, February put a lot of emphasis on your social connections, so it’s safe to say that you’re continuing on this theme in March. With so many planets in Pisces, your relationship sign, it’s about finding the balance between what you need and what others need. It’s also about making new connections — perhaps a new relationship? — or strengthening your existing ones. The Virgo Full Moon on March 1, however, puts this balance between you and others in the spotlight. As a result, you may have a decision to make about a connection or partnership, a decision that could stretch out a week later when Jupiter turns retrograde on March 8. Jupiter is your relationship planet and you’re entering a four month period where you’re taking stock of the people in your life. Jupiter Retrograde may also bring information or different awareness about a relationship. The Pisces New Moon on March 17 may inspire you to take action with a partner, start something new, or end things. Can you tell someone how you feel about them? Or is the thought too scary, too vulnerable? Mars’s change of signs on March 17 will prompt you to get serious about a romance. If you’re single and not necessarily looking to get in a relationship, March may instead push you to get clearer about who you are and how that helps or inhibits your connections — all connections, not just romantic. Keep in mind that Saturn is in Capricorn for the next couple of years; it’s your homework to get clear about who you are, to take yourself seriously, to take your talents and creativity seriously. Also note that Mercury will turn retrograde on March 22 and it will do so in a part of your chart that’s very emotionally sensitive. All this talk of relationships and other people may be stirring the deeper parts of you — your psyche, your shadow, your fears, the parts of you that sabotage. Use Mercury Retrograde to positively take action, taking a serious look at any emotional baggage, anything that gets in the way of positive connection to others. Mercury is also your career planet, so you may be taking a second look at your professional responsibilities and ambitions this month. If you’re looking to make a big change in you work, it’s best to wait till April to see how things shake out — if you can, of course. Want to learn more about how the astrology of March will affect you? Book your consultation now.

Libra

September 23–October 22

Libra Glyph

Libra, most of the action has been happening below the surface of late. It’s like those last weeks of winter, just before spring. As a result, you may be starting the month getting things ready for the next season. With so many planets moving through your health and wellness sign of Pisces, this is the month to bring your attention to your body, from how you take care of it to diet and exercise. This is also the month to get organized if you haven’t been doing so already — especially getting organized with your money as well as your getting organized in the home. All this work on your physical self needs a balance and the full moon on March 1 will put your spiritual self in the spotlight. How do you take care of your body as well as your soul? If you’re looking to kick an old habit or connection that’s outlived its usefulness, use the full moon to let it go. Take time to meditate, reflect, and get back in touch with your spirituality. Having said that, Venus, your ruling planet, will arrive in Aries on March 6, pushing the narrative this month toward relationships and partnerships. With Venus in Aries, you’ll be extra motivated to make connections and reach out to others. (Don’t forget you’re a Libra; you’re driven by making social connections after all.) As social as this placement for Venus can be, don’t forget that there’s a lot going on behind the scenes this month. In fact, when Mars changes signs on March 17, moving into Capricorn, you’ll be spending more time or taking care of things in the home. Mars in this sector of your chart may bring a move or a need to make a change in your living situation. Note that Capricorn represents the foundation of your chart, the bottom of your chart. It speaks of emotional stability and the people you need like family in order to feel rooted in life. When Saturn moved into Capricorn last December 19, you entered a new chapter in your life, one designed to get you to build a solid foundation for your life. When Mars arrives into Capricorn on March 17, you’ll be checking in with this new phase of your life. You may be making a serious emotional commitment to a partner as well or making sure all your relationships align with your emotional needs and values. On the same day that Mars changes signs, a new moon will give you a second chance at your New Year’s resolutions. Use the rest of the month to make healthy changes in your life and deal with the emotional and psychic roots of any physical issues. Key Themes: Health, wellness, diet, fitness, nutrition, holistic health, daily life, schedule, routine, daily rituals, spirituality, retreat, reflection, endings, letting go, kicking old habits, addictions, the unconscious, dreams, hospitals, home, family, roots, foundation, emotional connection, emotional stability, financial security, a move, change in the home, relationships, other people, partnerships, commitments, getting older, getting serious.

Scorpio

October 23–November 21

Scorpio Glyph

First, let’s do a check. After last month’s eclipses, how are you doing? Are you still standing? Of course you are; you’re a Scorpio. But, as you look out over your life, things may be a bit different. Last month’s eclipses activated Leo and Aquarius, two signs that, for you, speak to the axis that your life rotates around. You may have seen changes in your career or professional life as well as your home life. You may be thinking about or even actively making changes in this area. That said, March is Pisces Season, a time when you get in touch with yourself, when you dream, create, make art, or dance. It’s a season to have fun as well as a season to experience romance. Not a bad way to follow up a high wire eclipse season. If Pisces Season is about expressing who you are, then the full moon on March 1 will connect you with community, friendships, and your social network. It’s good to be yourself, but how does that fit in with the bigger picture? Do you have friends who appreciate who you are? Do you feel like you belong? You may have a decision to make about the company you keep and the people you connect with. Then on March 6 the story will start to shift towards health and wellness, giving you a nudge towards revisiting the sort of things that make up our New Year’s resolutions — getting healthy, eating better, taking better care of ourselves, being more organized about our day. In fact, this part of your life will get a second look once Mercury turns retrograde on March 22. A few days before, on March 17, Mars, your ruling planet, will change signs, setting up shop in Capricorn. See, Capricorn is a sign that will put your Mars to the test as it’s a sign that sets a high bar for excellence. Are you integrity with your word? Are you taking your education seriously? Mars — and by extension you — will have to take the next step up. On the same day, a new moon will kick off a month long chapter at looking at how you get in the way of yourself. You know, the knots and psychic scar tissue that holds you back, keeps you from expressing your true self? You’ve been doing so much transformation work that surely you got this. After all, you know the power of being your best self. The astrology of the past few years has been showing you how to make that happen. Want to learn more about how the astrology of March will affect you? Book your consultation now.

Key Themes: Money, income, financial security, material stability, material needs, resources, basics, the self, self expression, identity, creativity, talents, performance, romance, children, friendships, community, social network, social connection, the future, goals, wishes, hopes, the collective, big picture, learning, communication, classes, writing, thinking, speaking, travel, the neighborhood.

Sagittarius

November 22–December 21

Sagittarius Glyph

Things have been a bit watery for you, Sagittarius. And by watery I mean water, the element connected with emotion and feeling. Your intuition may be kicking on high, too. Between all these planets in Pisces, the sign that forms the foundation of your chart, and Jupiter over in Scorpio, your dreams as well as your gut feelings have been full on. First, let’s place you in the big picture. Jupiter is your ruling planet and since October it’s been in the sign of Scorpio, a sign that represents for you the end of the road. Scorpio pulls you inward to reflect. It’s retreat, the esoteric, and spiritual wealth. Pisces Season, in a similar vein, pulls inward, except the action is happening in the home. It’s a month to put down roots, tend to the home, and feed that deep part of yourself. Running a little counter to all this has been Mars. It’s been in Sagittarius since late January. Even as you’re pulled behind the scenes, you’ve had energy and motivation. (And you needed this boost as, before, maybe you were feeling a bit run down or tired.) Keep in mind that the full moon on March 1 will put the spotlight on career and your public facing life, which is anything but behind the scenes. The full moon may bring a decision to take your professional life in a different direction, one that finds the balance between your ambitions and what your heart needs. Is it possible to do what you love in the world and make a living off of it? The full moon may pose this question. We have to steer the ship of life somewhere and the full moon will help you get clear about that direction. Then on March 6, Venus and Mercury will change signs, stirring up creativity and a need to express yourself. Fun and romance may be in the cards, too. But note that Jupiter will turn retrograde on March 8, digging deeper into this behind the scenes work you’ve been doing. You may be inspired to take a second look at your unconscious, your shadow, the aspects of yourself that aren’t helping you. This is a powerful year to let that all go, shedding it like old skin. (Jupiter will arrive in Sagittarius in November, starting a new 12 year long story for you.) Anywho, Mars will change signs on March 17, activating your money sign of Capricorn. In fact, this is an area that, as of December, has been getting a lot of attention. It’s time to get really serious about how you earn, accumulate, and spend your money. And Mars will set this story in motion. On the same day, a new moon will open up a new beginning in home, family, and your living situation. This may be a natural time for you to move or make a change in the home. But it’s also a good time to really dig deep in your emotional core, looking at the things that you feed yourself with that may not be super useful. This includes healing old traumas and emotional scars that prevent things from flowing the way they should. You know, the usual. Jupiter’s in Scorpio and if it’s a pain, it runs super deep. Time to let it go. Oh and PS, Mercury turns retrograde on March 22. You know the drill. You’ll be taking a second look at relationships and romances. Want to learn more about how the astrology of March will affect you? Book your consultation now.

Key Themes: Home, family, foundation, roots, living situation, emotional core, emotional connection, emotional stability, inner life, needs, the unconscious, dreams, spirituality, retreat, recuperation, letting go, release, endings, career, public life, reputation, status, title, recognition, the world, responsibilities, money, income, salary, material needs, material security, resources.

Capricorn

December 22–January 19

Capricorn Glyph

Do things feel a bit different now? When Saturn arrived in Capricorn in late December, your life turned a corner, thrusting you into a new chapter. Over the coming three years you’ll be building a new you. You’ll be maturing and growing and stepping up to life’s challenges in ways that you haven’t before. (Don’t worry; you’re a Capricorn. You’re a sign that knows how to step up.) But before that can happen, you had to go behind the scenes last month and revisit some old existential questions that dogged you over the past few years. You know, what does it all mean? What do you believe in? Do you have faith that it will all work out? It’s been a little bit of an emotionally heavy time as you sort yourself out. And Pisces Season is already an emotional time. It’s also a season for you to focus on learning and travel. You’ll kick off March with a full moon shining a spotlight on education. This is a big picture full moon, a full moon designed to help you define the faith, truth, philosophy, or integrity that guides your life. Additionally you may be taking a class or a workshop or looking to go back to school. Travel may also be on your horizon, from long distance journeys to travel around the neighborhood and short trips out of town. But this is really a month to get back to yourself and when Mars arrives in Capricorn on March 17, you’ll get a much needed boost. It’s as if Mars will activate many of the changes that have been brewing since December. Plus, Mars will give you a sense of renewal as well as the motivation to move forward. Mind you, Mars has to play by Saturn’s rules, so be prepared to take yourself even more seriously this month, push yourself harder, and hold yourself to a higher standard. But, before that can happen, you have to do some thinking and reflecting. With Venus, your career planet, changing signs on March 6, you have to get back to what you love about your work, reconnecting to what fuels and supports your ambitions. In fact you may feel as that your direction or your professional life is undergoing a reorientation. (Keep an eye on April. Lots going on professionally.) Do you need to do some networking? Aquarius

January 20–February 18

Aquarius Glyph

Sadly it’s not your birthday season anymore. It was fun while it lasted, right Aquarius? Then again, you may be in a contemplative mood lately. On one hand it’s a new personal year and you’re looking ahead — as you normally do — but on the other, you’re feeling more sensitive than usual. As an air sign, you’re great with analyzing and intellectualizing things, but this month is more driven by emotions, which Aquarius often finds illogical and messy. Just go with the flow, darling. Speaking of flow, Pisces Season is a time for you to look at your relationship to the material world. This includes money, income, and the resources you have in order to feel grounded and secure. In fact, March will open with a full moon in your finance sign of Virgo and, as a result, you may have a decision to make about your overall financial health. You may be getting your accounts together, organizing for tax season, or looking at the wealth you have at your disposal. Virgo is a sign that also helps you look at your emotional health, your deep self, and the psyche. And, so, you may be starting the month by facing your fears and insecurities in order to transform. These fears or insecurities may include blocks that are preventing you from taking the next step in your career or with your ambitions. You’ll have to let go of something old in order to move forward. What this is may be clearer after the new moon on March 17. With all the soul searching you’ll likely be doing this month, March will be busy as Mercury and Venus activate your travel sign of Aries starting March 6. As a result, you may be moving around a lot, going back and forth from appointments and juggling different tasks. You may be taking trips as well, but keep in mind that Mercury will turn retrograde on March 22 and communication, especially for you, may be a little off or confusing. You may feel like you’re not getting all the right information and it may take until April for things to shake out. Just a heads up. Additionally, Jupiter, high up in your career sign of Scorpio, will turn retrograde on March 8. You’ve been pushing forward professionally since October and hopefully you’ve used Jupiter’s year long visit to open new doors in your career and grow your ambitions. When Jupiter turns retrograde, you may see the fruits of your efforts over the last four months. (Jupiter Retrograde isn’t a bad thing; you’re just pulling back and taking in all you’ve learned and experienced. Jupiter will turn direct in Scorpio on July 10.) Thankfully you have the new moon on March 17 to help you focus on making more income and getting paid for what really nourishes your heart as well as your soul. Let that measure of success guide you for the rest of the month. Want to learn more about how the astrology of March will affect you? Book your consultation now.

Pisces

February 19–March 20

Pisces Glyph

Happy birthday, Pisces! Here’s to another trip around the Sun. And, as you start a new personal year, you may be planning a trip or two. See, Jupiter has been in your travel sign of Scorpio since October. You’ve been in a personal chapter where you’re being pushed to explore — explore the world, explore education, explore your truth. It’s a deeply philosophical time for you, one designed to get you to figure out a deeper sense of meaning in your life. Hopefully you’re ringing in your new year someplace far away, someplace where you can dig into life’s richer mysteries. And that’s something to keep in mind, Pisces. You’re a sign that’s driven by feeling and a knowledge that there’s more to this world than what you can see or touch. March is also a month about your relationships. With the full moon on March 1 lighting up Virgo, your relationship sign, you may have a decision to make about a connection. This could be an intimate connection or a partnership. If anything, the full moon is a time to get very clear about what you want and don’t want in a relationship. And since, as a Pisces, you have a tendency to go all in with people, it’s a full moon to get some perspective and act accordingly. As a result, you may be at a crossroads in March. Note that Mercury, your relationship planet, will turn retrograde on March 22. Whatever you do decide may be playing out into April. Additionally, Jupiter, your ruling planet, will turn retrograde on March 8. Like the tide, a retrograde is a natural time to pull back and reflect, to assess your experiences after months of moving forward. Since Jupiter is up in your travel and education sign of Scorpio, the retrograde on March 8 may give you a deeper sense of what this personal year of yours is all about. Looking forward, on March 17, Mars will change signs, heating up your chart’s sector of community, friendships, and social connection. The second half of this month will be a time to connect with friends and reach out to your social network. But keep in mind that Mars can be a bit blustery and you may have a difference of opinion with friends. Do you best to be diplomatic. On the same day that Mars changes signs, a Pisces New Moon will give you a personal reset. While Pisces Season may be winding down at that point, the new moon will put into focus many of the themes you’ll be working throughout 2018. And since the new moon will be activating Chiron and Mars, don’t be afraid to make some positive emotional changes in your new year, changes that include leaving behind old, outworn beliefs about yourself and the world.
