We’re in the dark of the moon. Just two days before a solar eclipse, there’s a sense of electricity in the air. The great stage of our lives readies for its next act. The coming days and weeks will bring new focus. And for some, a notable change.
Eclipses form series, like different chapter heads in an evolving story. Whatever is happening now as well as into October has its threads in the eclipses of April and October 2023 and March-April 2024. Perhaps we got a sneak preview just this past July. Perhaps we see echoes of 2014-2015 and 2004-2005 in our experiences.
The dark of the moon is traditionally not a time to begin something new. Instead it’s time to rest and reflect. Don’t push too hard today. With the Moon in Virgo, it’s a time to clean things out, to plan and strategize. Mars in Cancer also makes a supportive trine to Saturn in Pisces today, an energy of stability that takes us into the week. This is an aspect that is a nudge to get help and support from others.
