Mars and Pluto square off, a point of friction in the sky that evokes power and control as well as a need to reform unhealthy patterns. Mars is action and desire. Pluto is alchemy. And we can use this alchemy to remake our relationship with action and desire.
Today’s square at 1 degree Scorpio-Aquarius threads back to the Mars retrograde from earlier this year as well as the three oppositions between Mars and Pluto on November 3, 2024, January 3, 2025, and April 26, 2025. An event from that time may come back to the forefront. This is also a closing square in a cycle that began February 14, 2024. Perhaps we are seeing something in our lives come to fruition. So, if deep emotions are coming up, it may be Pluto helping you to release something deeply buried. Use positive Mars to channel it through exercise and physical activities. (Mars-Pluto aspects often show up in the charts of professional athletes and those who have powerful physical stamina.)
