As Mars comes to the end of its time in Libra, it reaches an opposition to Chiron in Aries. An old pain point may be getting pressed. Listen to what is coming up, especially around relationships. There is an opportunity to undo a knot that frees us from a suffering.
Chiron, a newer addition to astrology, is a subtle influence. It doesn’t work on the same level as the Sun or Moon, Saturn or Pluto. It moves in between spaces and helps us to find the thread that links us back to our soul.
Throughout our many lifetimes or even in this lifetime we have experiences that touch on a nerve, a pain point linked to an invisible knot that pulls us back to the past. Chiron has been in Aries since 2018, 2019. The collective pain point has touched on our past experiences around taking action, standing up for ourselves, having the courage and bravery to move forward.
For many, today’s Mars-Chiron opposition will pass by unnoticed. Then again, we may quietly feel it in an experience today that invokes the past. If an emotional pain comes up, sit with it. What is it trying to tell you? What is it truly linked to?
In astrology Chiron’s symbol is a key, which reminds us that true healing happens when we take the things that have made us suffer the most and use it like medicine to help and inspire others.
