The Libra Sun meets up with the South Node of the Moon, a point of crossing that is not unlike an eclipse, even if the actual eclipse was a few days ago. It’s another passage in an ongoing journey this eclipse season. A relationship needs our attention.
I know I’ve said a few times already, but the main focus over the next six months is the archetype of Libra. It’s a sign that teaches us about the importance of relationship, connection, socialization as well as the necessity of compromise and common ground. We all have different experiences with these themes, whether through our own personal history or through our cultural and sociological programming.
And so, with the Sun on the South Node today, we all reach into that deep well of memory. We’re sifting through past relationships, the times we overly compromised or failed to find common ground. The South Node is a point of release — releasing us from the threads that hold us, whether like anchors or chains, to the past.
Back in August, I did a two-hour webinar on the Lunar Nodes in Aries-Libra, which is where they will be until 2025. Learn why the Nodes are so important, not just for making eclipses happen, but speaking to the arc of our soul. Get the replay in the link below.
If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for October 19, 2023.
