Venus in Scorpio meets up with the South Node of the Moon, a conjunction that reaches deep into a well of memory and activates stories around relationship, power, control, and obsession. People may resurface from the past to close out a chapter.

True, Venus is not traditionally at home in Scorpio, a sign that it has to take on the energies of Mars. At its best, Venus in Scorpio is the courage to be vulnerable, the bravery to be intimate with another person. It forges bonds built on highly-charged emotional experiences.

But this is a Venus that doesn’t trust unless it sees the other person bleed. It can get wrapped up in obsessive love and jealous connections that drag down. With Venus on the South Node, it’s a time to examine the not so helpful romances we’ve had and to stop feeding negative relationships

Keep in mind that Venus is the ruler of the North Node and the upcoming Taurus Full Moon lunar eclipse. Life pivots again. Meetings and encounters may feel fated.
