March begins in the hinge between two lunar months. Things aren’t quite ready to begin, but with Mercury coming up to a conjunction to Saturn in Aquarius, we’re reflecting on serious choices and decisions.
On one hand, tomorrow’s Pisces New Moon is full of beauty. In fact, it’s one of the nicest lunations this year. It’s conjunction to Jupiter is big hearted, full of faith and promise of something better. Pisces helps us to hope for something better, to believe in miracles as well as divine intervention. It’s a new moon to make a wish upon.
On the other hand, Mercury’s conjunction to Saturn could be a reality check, a demand for clarity and sharper focus in the midst of the Pisces New Moon’s starry eyed romance.
What we can’t forget about Pisces, especially with Neptune in Pisces, is that it’s a sign that makes us feel everything, including the collective sorrows and sufferings of people in other parts of the globe. Neptune in Pisces has made the world very small over the last decade. We’re being asked to reconnect with our compassion as well as our shared humanity.
If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for March 2.
