We start the week with a Pisces Moon, one that brings us to the last-quarter moon, a time to find our maturity. The Pisces moon also picks up on a Venus-Jupiter conjunction, a yearly invitation to take pleasure in our lives and plant seeds for new growth.
Every year Venus and Jupiter align, a conjunction that brings together what classical astrology calls the “lesser and greater benefics” — two planets that the ancients saw as bearers of good fortune. While some will benefit from a little more luck than usual today and tomorrow, it’s important to discover where we may see the benevolence of Venus in Jupiter in other ways.
Venus is many things — relationships, love, money — but it is a planet that speaks to both our material world and the pleasure that comes with it as well as the importance of connection and socialization.
Jupiter, on the other hand, connects us to an energy that inspires us, makes us want more out of life, opens our eyes to the world and our place in the world, motivates us to ask great questions and seek out answers.
Life always brings lessons, even in the guise of Venus and Jupiter. Will we have the hope to dream big? To want to grow our lives? To go beyond ourselves?
