As we start the week, we’re in the dark of the moon, the time when we reach the end of the lunar cycle. The lunar light is at its faintest. The veil is thin. Our intuition and dreams are more vivid. We need to rest and reflect to prepare for a new cycle.
After a week or two of high voltage astrology, we need the dark of the moon. A lot has shifted. Doors have opened and closed. We need time to integrate our experiences.
This week’s June 24 Cancer New Moon, on one level, says that the coming days will be a time to prioritize home and family. On another level, we have reached a critical juncture that comes three months after the Aries New Moon solar eclipse on March 29. If Aries is the sign of new beginnings, it’s time for those new beginnings to manifest.
The Sun’s square to Saturn and Neptune in Aries may mean that we start the week with deep questions on our minds. What responsible actions will we take as we go into July? What commitments will we endeavor? Where will we create space for compassion?
