Venus finishes its time in Cancer, arriving in Leo tomorrow. If Venus is what we love and value, then over the next three weeks we’re investing in ourselves as well as our passions. We love art, play, and creativity. Venus will also activate an upcoming solar eclipse.
The second half of 2026 will have a lot going on in the sign of Leo. First, Jupiter will arrive in Leo on June 30. Then, on July 26 the South Node of the Moon will enter Leo. More importantly, we will have a Leo solar eclipse on August 12 at 20 degrees.
What’s Leo?
As a fire sign, Leo is the fire of the Sun, its ruling planet. It inspires us to shine, to express ourselves, to become our best version. Leo helps us to get back to the spark of life, especially if we are feeling low or burnt out.
Even if we have no Leo in our astrology, we have a Sun sign, a place where the Sun shines its light. And Leo governs over a specific part of our astrology, depending on our Sun and rising sign. That domain of our lives — it could be relationships or career or the home — could see significant changes in the second half of 2026 and into 2027.
