The Astrology of July 10, 2026

With Venus now in Virgo, it meets up with the South Node of the Moon, also in Virgo, a rendezvous that brings up memories of past relationships and the unresolved. The South Node a point of release, to let go of a relationship or a dynamic to make way for the new.

The South Node and the North Node of the Moon are an axis that crosses the sky opposite from the direction of the planets. Every 18 months these two points, the North and South Node, change signs, ultimately taking 18.6 years to make one circle of the zodiac.

Wherever we find the Nodes we find the eclipses and eclipses are the engine of fate, marking major transition points when the eclipses align with key areas of our astrology.

While today’s alignment of Venus and the South Node is not an eclipse, it activates a ripple of eclipse energy. A relationship may be highlighted. A door may be opening or closing. We may be questioning an inequity or a matter surrounding security and stability. Or we may have to put our needs aside for the needs of others in order to move forward.

Note that we are one month away from a Leo solar eclipse at 20 degrees, on August 12. The coming weeks may prove pivotal, especially for those who are Leo and Aquarius as well as Taurus and Scorpio.

If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for July 11-13, 2026.
