The Moon arrives in Scorpio, a reminder that the South Node of the Moon is now in Scorpio as of last week. We’re in a new chapter of time, one where we have to peer beneath the surface and look at the dark within.
Although not a planet, the South Node represents the past. It’s like a well we keep going back to feed ourselves, even if it’s long since stopped nourishing us. In this well is memory and instinct as well as the complicated emotions that make us stuck.
With the South Node in Scorpio, we’re doing our shadow work into 2023 while reaching for the safety, stability, and solid ground of the North Node in Taurus.
Today’s Moon in Scorpio may give us a subtle preview of the themes we’ll be working through, especially as we come up to the eclipses in Taurus and Scorpio in April-May 2022.
