Another Moon in Scorpio day. Another day to go inward and examine our feelings and sort through the journey we’ve been on over the past few years. Look at uncomfortable truths and where we self sabotage.
As mentioned yesterday, the South Node is now in Scorpio, where it will remain until July 2023. During the next year plus, we’re doing our Scorpio work, which is to say that we’re getting vulnerable. Scorpio, as an archetype, forces us to look where we don’t normally want to look. It encompasses themes around power and control and often the dark underbelly that exists even within ourselves. (The last time the South Node was in Scorpio was from April 2003 to December 2004.)
That said, with Venus and Mars in Capricorn this week, our work, at least for the time being, is focused on creating new emotional structures and bonds, whether in friendship or romantic partnership.
Venus and Mars also get a boost from Neptune in Pisces. Something may be uncomfortable, but there is a beautiful opportunity to release something that we’ve been carrying from long ago.
