We start the week off with a Cancer Moon. Paired with a Pisces Sun, we’re feeling sensitive, reflective, and maybe a little more intuitive than usual. It’s a day to play and create as well as to let go and forgive the past.

If Pisces Season brings us to the end of our zodiac journey, it’s a reminder that we can’t bring everything with us. We have to leave behind old memories, sufferings, and things weighing us down. Today’s Cancer Moon, a planet steeped in the past, may be showing us what we’re still holding onto.

The Cancer Moon is also nostalgic. It’s old movies and photographs. It’s comfort foods. As we navigate Pisces Season, it may be reaching for something emotionally familiar to hold onto … even though we have to let things go.

This week we also have a Virgo Full Moon on February 27 at 8 degrees Pisces/Virgo. Emotions and sensitivities will likely run high this week. And with the full moon picking up on energies of the November 30 Gemini lunar eclipse, also at 8 degrees, we may see a few eclipse-like twists and turns.

More on this in my weekly live look at the astrology on Facebook today at 6 pm EST. You can watch the replay on IGTV, YouTube, or listen on Spotify.

If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for February 23.
