Mars meets up with Saturn in Aquarius, a powerhouse combination that’s a major check-in with a story that’s been unfolding since 2020. It’s a day for milestones, commitments, new visions, and serious endeavors.
Mars demands action. Saturn, on the other hand, demands plans, maturity, and integrity. While these two planets have a deserved reputation for stressful energy, they can be used to construct and build for a new cycle. (Read In Defense of Saturn.)
And what are we constructing? In Aquarius, Mars and Saturn point us towards the future. They want us to map out new systems and networks, forge new alliances and partnerships. They want us to think about our place in the larger world. Just know that the bar is set high. Everything must be above board. (Read Saturn in Aquarius: Sign by Sign.)
We may also feel like this week is a reality check, especially as Mars and Saturn square the Lunar Nodes. What is not in balance needs to be put in balance. What is undefined needs definition. If something is not working, it may not be sustainable to continue.
We’re at a turning point that speaks to the larger turning points that we will navigate with the April 30 solar eclipse and the May 16 lunar eclipse.
More on this in my weekly Facebook Live at 6 pm EDT today, April 4. You can watch the replay on YouTube, Instagram, or listen on Spotify.
If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for April 5.
