Just a friendly reminder that Mars is still retrograde. I’ve heard from a few of you and you’ve mentioned that things are a little sluggish or unresolved. Keep in mind that Mars is fire. It’s action, command. Any planet in retrograde doesn’t have the same energy.

You may have heard that come Thursday, five planets will be retrograde. As disconcerting as this may sound, it’s not uncommon for four planets to be in retrograde and the outer planets spend 4-5 months of the year moving backward. So it’s normal. And with Mars already retrograde, we’re doing extra work on our words and actions.

Yesterday marked the half way point of Mercury Retrograde, which began on September 17. I haven’t talked much about it because, honestly, there’s just been so many other things going on. Like Saturn in Sagittarius, a solar eclipse in Virgo, and a lunar eclipse in Aries — all marquee astrological […]

Peonies are one of my favorite flowers. You know, in case you were wondering.

May is Taurus season, the time of the year when we celebrate the bounty of the physical world, from wealth and resources to the earth in full bloom — especially for those here in the northern hemisphere. May also aligns with the ancient festival of Beltane or May Day. Think […]
