We start the week off with a serious Moon in Capricorn highlighting work, responsibility, and achievement. Seeing how Saturn’s in Capricorn, too, it’s a good day to reflect on the year and what we’ve achieved … and what we still need to achieve.

Capricorn is the sign of time and maturity. It echoes the milestones that mark the narrative of our lives. You know, big events like new jobs, moves, marriages, births. So when we have a planet pointing towards Capricorn, it’s a time to think on this level of reality. Are we just floating from day to day or are we really working to build something for ourselves?

Don’t forget, Saturn’s in Capricorn, too. We’re in a time when everything has to be put into order and balance. We need to step to the responsibilities that have been given to us as well as set healthy boundaries. A Moon in Capricorn is going to be a check in — or reality check — on what’s working and not working.

Lastly, Mercury and Venus join up today in a conjunction. It’s good to know that if a sticky situation comes up we’ll have the right words to say to smooth things over or to charm.
