The celestial gears shift as Mars arrives in Scorpio. This is a punch on the gas after a Scorpio Season mostly spent looking behind the scenes and wrapping up old relationship stories. Life moves forward. We’re more aware of our power and the power of others.
In classical astrology language we would say that Mars is strengthened in Scorpio. It adds motivation, power, and drive to a particular part of your life and you may indeed feel a certain part of your life waking up as a result. Not sure where? Read my Mars in Scorpio: Sign by Sign guide.
Even though we’re wrapping up Scorpio Season, Mars will be in Scorpio until January 3, which means that we’re still working through Scorpio’s themes of rebirth, shadow, and purge into the new year. Scorpio is also wealth, so we may be more motivated to create material stability in our lives as well.
Tomorrow Mercury turns direct at 11 Scorpio, giving us yet another shift. When planets change direction or change signs all in one week we know that the story is changing. Things that have previously been delayed, now have forward movement.
