It’s June. And we’re officially in eclipse season. Emotional energy runs high. We’re navigating capital L Life events. This week, in the run up to the June 5 lunar eclipse, we may be on the verge of major decisions or even a change in direction.

One of the analogies I use again and again for eclipses is that they help us to see the stage of our life. Meaning, when we reach eclipse season every six months, it’s as if we’re watching our life as a performance and the curtain comes down on one act, preparing us for the next act. In that liminal space between, the set rearranges. The cast repositions themselves. New characters enter while others exit stage left. And when the curtain comes up, the same may be dramatically different.

Eclipses punctuate the timeline of our lives. They coincide with marriages and pregnancies, moves and career changes. Wherever eclipses fall in our chart by sign and house means that we can expect the story to change.

In the meantime, the Moon is in Libra today, picking up on the Gemini Sun’s need to socialize and connect. We’re feeling like we have something to say. With Venus Retrograde in Gemini, we need to reevaluate the words we’re using. We need to find a new way of communicating how we feel. We need to find new solutions.
