Last day of Cancer Season. We’re moving from the energies of the Mother to the Father, from substance to creation. Later today the Sun arrives in Leo, kicking off a new season, one designed for us to rediscover ourselves and share our talents with the world.
In the meantime we may be a bit of a reflective mood. We had to learn a lot of big lessons while the Sun was in Cancer, kicking off two eclipses. We had to discover why it’s so important to tend to our hearts with the same amount of attention we tend to our responsibilities. We also learned that we needed to leave behind what was no longer working for us, whether a relationship, a job, or a way of thinking. And we learned that we need more connection and roots.
That said, the Moon’s in Aries, a sign that likes to get up and go and take action. In spite of that, it may take us until later today to really start to feel the drive of the Aries Moon, once the Sun arrives in Leo at 10:50 pm EDT.
