The Moon moves into Gemini and we begin to enter the dark of the moon. In this time of waning lunar light, we pull inward to reflect, rest, and prepare for the next cycle. What’s shifted since the solar eclipse of June 21? There’s much to integrate.
Yesterday’s opposition between the Sun and Pluto possibly dredged up a lot of shadow material to work with. And perhaps some of our dark-of-the-moon integration work has to do with the realization of what was buried deep within.
But shadow work doesn’t have to be only a negative experience. Our shadow can reveal to us the parts of ourselves that we’re cut off from, such as talents or ways of expressing ourselves. It’s like a person, for example, who surrounds themselves with a lot of amazing writers or artists when they themselves has an unrealized talent for writing or art.
So, what sort of people do you keep attracting that you admire or wish you could be? Is it that these people are reflecting back something that exists within yourself?
