Here we are. Well, almost. Saturn doesn’t move into Capricorn until 11:49 pm EST / 8:49 pm PST. But we’re feeling it, we’re feeling the great hand on the clock moving into a new hour. And with Saturn in Capricorn, we’re going to get a reality check.
That’s the thing about earth signs. They deal in the practicalities of physical life. Moving away from the airy philosophies of Sagittarius, a fire sign, we’re moving into the realm of manifestation and matter. It’s no longer a theory; it’s a reality.
Saturn in Capricorn will be a serious look at the structure of our lives both personal and collective — from how things are literally built to the framework of order and governance in the world. Saturn will show us what’s not working so we can build something new.
Let’s not forget that Saturn is exalted in Libra, a fancy way of saying that Saturn does its best work in the sign of relationships, balance, and harmony. If you want to work positively with Saturn in Capricorn, try to find balance in your relationship with time, power, responsibility, maturity, and commitment. This is our work between now and December 2020.
We’re all growing up.
