Venus arrives in Virgo and we’re starting to move into the part of the year that’s about the harvest. Virgo is a sign that helps to gather and sort. And with Venus in Virgo, we’re turning a critical eye to what we’re collecting. What’s the best quality? The most of value?
Traditionally, Venus is not at home in the sign of Virgo. But I think it’s a wonderful sign for Venus to express beauty and aesthetic through detail and perfection. It’s craftsmanship. It’s skill. And it’s the love and patience needed to do something receptively in order to master that skill.
In the meantime, the Moon’s in Taurus today. It’s a Moon that likes to take it slow, to savor, and to focus on the resources it needs to build a comfortable life. With the Moon pointing towards Venus in Virgo, it’s a day to get practical chores done around the home and the office, especially with Mars in Virgo motivating us to do so. Virgo is a sign that loves things neat and organized!
