The Moon rounds out its time in Sagittarius, meeting up with with Jupiter along the way. We’re dreaming of far away places. We’re reflecting on themes of faith and truth. We’re stepping up and showing that we’re the expert, the teacher, or the guru.
It’s a day to get out and explore and enjoy life. Come tomorrow, when the Moon moves into Capricorn, we may feel a palpable shift, one that feels more serious, more focused on getting things done and working towards goals and achievements.
I also want touch on the shift we’ll have next week when Uranus enters Taurus for the next seven years. I’ve gotten some anxious messages about what this will mean, especially if someone has been big changes so far this year. Is what you’re experiencing right now going to be the next seven years? No. When an outer planet enters a new sign it can trigger a story that feels the most dramatic at the beginning. We spend the following years unpacking, growing, transforming, and evolving based on the themes of the transit, but we have to put in the personal work.
Uranus, at its core, wants us to be able to see beyond ourselves, which is to say, see above our experiences, to connect the dots, to have these ah-ha moments, to step outside of situations or relationships that imprison or hold us back. Uranus is like Prometheus, bringing light to where there was none before. Now that we see what was always there, how do we have the courage to live a new life or to go down a new path?
Something I was talking about with a client yesterday … Uranus in Taurus is like leaving our comfort zone to find out that our comfort zone was never comfortable to begin with.
