Tomorrow’s Virgo New Moon will be a reset for the season, a time to set projects in motion and make initiatives towards health and wellness as well as organization and tidiness. Use today to strategize and make lists for the new moon and next four weeks.
That said, it’s the day before the new moon. It’s not the best time to start something. Instead, it’s best to use the day to wrap things up and release what we don’t want to bring with us into the new lunar cycle.
This is also Mercury’s last day in Virgo, its home sign. As the ruler of Virgo Season and tomorrow’s new moon, Mercury’s arrival in Libra on September 10 will direct the energy of Virgo towards Libra. This is to say that Virgo’s need to put things in order will be colored by Libra.
We may find that the next few weeks are a time for new seasons. Or we may want to bring beauty to our day-to-day lives. Or we may be examining relationship dynamics, particularly around inequity. Mercury will also be opposite Saturn. The coming lunar month will be a great time to set boundaries and to prioritize responsibilities.
If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for September 10, 2026.
