Today’s first-quarter moon marks a checkpoint for the energies of the recent Aries New Moon. If a new moon sets the stage for the next four weeks, the first-quarter moon is a time when these new beginnings come into greater focus. Family may need attention and care.
There were a lot of different seeds that were planted with the Aires New Moon. As you may recall at the time, there were seven planets in Aries at the time of the new moon. Planets are like actors on a stage. And a new moon is like a new scene. As you can imagine, the stage was crowded — the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Mars, Saturn, Neptune, and Chiron were all in Aries. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, initiating new cycles and new chapters. The astrological new year may have been on March 20 this year, but it was the Aries New Moon that focused the energies of the new year.
As I’ve been saying, April is a crossroads. Take note of what is coming into view. What actors are coming and going on your stage of life? What events are revealing that it’s a new time and a new cycle?
