Mercury arrives in Pisces, a sign where the planet of ideas and information meets dreams and intuition. This is a Mercury that helps us to go beyond ourselves, to receive psychic information, to communicate with compassion and empathy.
As much as there’s an emphasis on Aquarius at the moment — we have four planets in Aquarius and we are a week away from an Aquarius solar eclipse — we cannot forget about Saturn at the end of Pisces. As of yesterday, Saturn is now at 29 degrees, the last degree of the sign and the zodiac.
We’ve reached the end of a long journey. Saturn asks us, what have we learned? Perhaps these are lessons that date back to early 2023 when Saturn first arrived in Pisces. (Read Saturn in Pisces: Sign by Sign.) Or perhaps these lessons go back much longer.
The coming week, until Saturn arrives in Aries on February 13, brings this journey to a conclusion. We may be deeply searching ourselves. (Pisces goes deep.) Or we are reaching a personal milestone after a period of hard work. Or we reach a point where we realize it’s time to move on. Until Saturn changes signs, we’re in a state of transition — endings not beginnings; culminations and introspection not action. As an aside, it’s not a good time to start a major venture. Saturn is about to change signs.
