The Taurus Sun meets up with Uranus tomorrow, a conjunction that has the power to reinvent, surprise, and awaken. It’s a reminder that we need to get out of our own way, to not play safe and stop growing. We are also closing out a chapter that began in 2018.
When Uranus first arrived in Taurus on May 15, 2018, our lives may have looked very different than they do today. If Taurus’s role is to keep things stable, Uranus has lurched the world forward and backwards ever since.
On a personal level, Taurus represents a certain part of our astrology. It could be our career sign (Leo) or our relationship sign (Scorpio). Whatever has happened in our lives since 2018, it’s been part of a larger story designed to shift our consciousness.
This weekend’s conjunction of the Sun and Uranus at 27 Taurus is the last conjunction in the sign for another 80 years. That’s not to say that this weekend will be a grand finale — Uranus doesn’t fully leave Taurus until April 25, 2026 — but it’s worth expanding our awareness on what has shifted in our lives, what has grown, how we have grown over the last 6-7 years. (If you are a Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, or Pisces, get ready. Your life is going to begin to change with Uranus arriving in Gemini on July 7, this year.)
Read Uranus in Taurus: Sign by Sign for a reminder of what Uranus has shaken up since 2018, 2019.
If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for May 17-19, 2025.
