Mars and Mercury oppose Pluto today, a high stress aspect that demands that we have to change how we act, how we communicate, how we think. Pluto also reveals what we’re not owning. It’s a day to speak up and take our power back.
That’s the thing about Pluto. It’s such a powerful influence. If you truly want to change something, work with the energy of Pluto. But in order to change something — it could be something as simple as being afraid to use our voice or not standing up for ourselves — we have to confront why we’re not doing it in the first place.
If there is something buried deep within us that we don’t want to look at, it has an annoying habit of creeping up in our relationships or elsewhere. Like, if we are suppressing our anger or cut off from a deep buried rage, then we keep attracting people into our lives who have anger problems. (I speak from experience.) It’s just one of those laws of emotional physics.
Pluto shows us the psychological underpinnings of our experience. So don’t shy away from Pluto’s intense energy today. When we realize these underpinnings, putting light on darkness, it profoundly changes our connection to the energy. (Such as when I realized why I kept attracting people into my life who had anger and power issues … because I wasn’t owning my own anger and power.)
I’m going to be talking about Pluto more in a new webinar on July 13 titled Pluto: Turning Shadows into Light. While an informative webinar, it’s meant to be an opening of consciousness, it’s meant to give you a new vision as well as practical steps on how to work with this summer’s strong Pluto energy as well as the upcoming Saturn/Pluto conjunction. Details and registration here.
