We’ve got a line up of powerhouse astrology today. First, the Sun and Mercury make an opposition to Pluto. We only get this aspect once a year and lately it’s been falling in early July. Pluto oppositions make us face an ugly truth, see something dragged from the shadows, the underbelly. It could be own own darkness or the collective’s … or both. There really is no separation.
Second, Venus in Cancer squares Uranus in Aries. We may feel a shock, a jolt, a surprise. Uranus is both the energy of Prometheus — this force of awakening and consciousness — as well as the energy of breaks and separation.
What the astrology this week tells us that something has to transform. I’ve been feeling in in my own life, palpably so. We all have to face our demons, our shortcomings, the things that undo us. Spirit has been giving me truth bombs after truth bombs, which I am so grateful for. Even this morning, when I remarked to myself that there was something I had to do all alone, my guides quipped that I never did anything alone. I always had help. It just was invisible.
