The Moon moves into Taurus, a sign that plays to Libra Season’s love of beauty and pleasure. Both Taurus and Libra are ruled by Venus, which means that our senses are heightened today. It’s an invitation to enjoy, socialize. Venus in Virgo values practicality.
In fact, the Moon will be in Taurus over the next few days, a need to find stability and security after the intensities of the recent Aries Full Moon. Taurus likes to take things slow, in contrast to the hurried pace of the Aries Moon.
This is the last week Venus will spend in Virgo for the year, arriving in Libra — its home sign — on October 13. Traditionally speaking, Venus is not at home in Virgo. But, in fact, it’s a beautiful sign for Venus to cultivate a love of service and helping others as well as a keen attention to detail.
