The Libra Sun comes up to an opposition to Chiron into tomorrow, a major influence in the October 9 Aries New Moon. We may be feeling an old pain point, a revisit of a theme or experience that lingers like an ache. Have the courage to move forward.
Chiron is often subtle. It often plays out on an emotional level. But sometimes the physical breaks and scars are a reflection of something deep in the psyche. And, if you believe in past lives, Chiron can hint at the souls journey and the pain points incurred along the way. (Read On Chiron, Suffering, and Knots.)
Chiron has been in Aries since 2018 and in that time, running in the background, has been a story around having the courage to stand up for ourselves, the bravery to take action, the motivation to go after what we want … and the scar tissue that can stand in the way. How can we heal something very old?
Don’t forget, Pluto’s about to turn direct at 26 Capricorn on October 8, one of the last few times that Pluto will pivot in a sign its occupied since 2008. While Pluto will turn direct in Capricorn in October 2023 and 2024, this is the last station before Pluto starts its entry into Aquarius next year.
Pluto is also holding a mirror to us this week. Intense emotion alert. Pay attention to what’s presenting and how people and situations can sometimes be a mirror to something that we aren’t seeing in ourselves.
If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for October 7.
