We’re bringing Libra Season to a close, a season that was punctuated by a powerful solar eclipse. Relationships, Libra’s purview, will still be a primary focus into next year. As the Sun prepares to leave the sign, it squares with Pluto. It’s a weekend of transformations.
Actually it’s both the Sun and Mercury squaring Pluto into this weekend, an energy that speaks of choices, particularly relationship choices, and a demand to reform something. It could be an unhelpful relationship dynamic or an old belief or thought. Pluto always digs into the psyche and shows us something that we haven’t wanted to look at.
Also this weekend, we reach the first-quarter moon after a solar eclipse, an opening square that has the capacity to show us what this eclipse was all about. It may be an inflection point for some. For others something demands our attention, perhaps critically so.
That said, Mercury arrives in Scorpio on Sunday, October 22, a sign where the planet of communication and ideas finds sharp focus. Mercury in Scorpio is known for being a detective, obsessively so. As a result, we’ll all be digging deep into November.
If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for October 21-23, 2023.
