The Moon is doing most of the talking this week, turning the page on the recent Scorpio New Moon and crossing from the sign of Sagittarius to Capricorn today. A Moon in Capricorn is focused and precise. It is a builder and asks us to turn our plans into reality.
What I’ve noticed from working with clients with Capricorn Moons (my own father has a Capricorn Moon, too) is that they need a job. I don’t mean menial tasks. Instead a Capricorn Moon needs a blueprint, a vision, a role to play in constructing their greater reality. They can thrive in positions of leadership and are natural mentors.
While we may have our own Moon in a different sign, Capricorn is a lens for our experiences today. We need to embody its wisdom and integrity. We need to put things in order. We need to refer back to our blueprints.
Note that the Moon points over to Saturn in Pisces, a fellow water sign to the Scorpio Sun. Our plans also need compassion and empathy, our communication needs to be heart centered. (Read Saturn in Pisces: The Look Within.)
