Last day of Capricorn Season. We’ve reached the top of the summit. What lessons have we learned? The Sun not only reaches the end of the sign, but reaches the degree of the upcoming solar eclipse on April 20. Look for the new beginnings that await us.
Eclipses teach us that time is not always so linear. And while we have the October 25 solar eclipse and November 8 lunar eclipse behind us, we’re going into Aquarius Season shortly, which brings us to the midpoint of those eclipses. In short, the end of January and into February may be a dynamic month where the changes and transformations seeded three months ago take root and begin to flourish.
Let’s not forget that the coming solar eclipse on April 20 falls at 29 degrees Aries. It’s the first in a series of eclipses that takes us into 2024. As the Sun squares this degree today, we may get the first glimpses of a new chapter that spans from 2023 to 2024.
The change in the eclipses from Taurus-Scorpio to Aries-Libra is one of the main events in 2023. As I mentioned yesterday, the other is Pluto’s arrival in Aquarius as well as Saturn in Pisces, both in March. So, we’re on the verge of some notable shifts that take place in March and April 2023. (This is something that I explained in my three-hour webinar, The Astrology of 2023, which you can still get the recorded replay in the link below.)
If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for January 20, 2023.
