The Moon arrives in Pisces, which brings us to the end of the zodiac and is a reminder that life doesn’t end with Capricorn and Aquarius, the signs that rule over matter and manifestation, but instead ends with Pisces, the sign that returns us to spirit.
Even though we’re in Capricorn Season, it’s worth paying attention to Pisces as the Moon moves through the sign the next day or so. Why? Because on March 7, Saturn will arrive in Pisces for a three-year stay.
Saturn is like one of the big hands on the astrology clock. Whenever it changes signs, which it did in March 2020, we know we’re in a new hour. And seeing how Pisces is the end of the zodiac as well as the sign that brings us beyond the physical world, the next few years will turn our attention to transcending the borders and boundaries of the physical and opening up to the spiritual.
In Pisces, Saturn teaches us about peace and forgiveness, to detach from the things that don’t matter or don’t feed our souls, to let go of suffering and to find deeper connection. Sounds like a tall order, but that’s what Saturn does — pushes us to reach higher.
I gave a preview of Saturn in Pisces in my Astrology of 2023 webinar, a three-hour look at the year ahead that also includes Pluto’s first arrival in Aquarius as well as the eclipses in Aries-Libra. Of course, I also explain what this means for you in my sign-by-sign look. Get The Astrology of 2023 webinar replay.
