It’s the last day for Jupiter in Pisces, a sign that it won’t return to for another twelve years. As it hovers at the last degree of sign as well as the last degree of the zodiac, it’s a day to prepare ourselves for the next grand chapter, leaving behind the past.
To reach the end of the zodiac is to symbolically reach the end of life. Pisces, represented by the two fishes, reveals to us that at the end of life, one fish swims back to spirit, the other fish swims back to the material. Death is a division between these two fundamental forces.
Although that may sound a little heavy, we take it in stride. Jupiter, the eternal optimist, is always up for the next adventure. And, as a result, so are we. Perhaps today’s Scorpio Moon has us in a little bit of a reflective mood, a sign that makes us very aware that all things must end.
Tomorrow Jupiter arrives back in Aries, a sign that it first entered from May 10, turned retrograde on July 28, and slipped back into Pisces on October 28. If Pisces is endings, then Aries is new beginnings, the first breath of life after the last. It’s a bust of light as we reach the last day of Sagittarius Season.
Venus also makes a square to Chiron today, an aspect that may pull at heartstrings, especially around relationships and our value and worth. Have the courage to move on.
