Although we’re wrapping up Libra Season, the Sun moving into Scorpio on October 23, we just had a Libra New Moon, which will create some complexities in the coming weeks. Scorpio has depth to Libra’s surface, an emotionally intensity to its polite charm.
Happy Libra New Moon! This is the time in the lunar calendar when we turn our attention to connection. Our experiences over the coming four weeks will be all about relationship and how we treat others.
We’re on the cusp of a new lunar month. And while the Libra Moon usually prefers sweetness and partnership, we’ve got a couple of prickly connections to Pluto and Uranus in the mix. Translation, our interactions may be charged or confrontational.
What’s secret, taboo, or intimate? Mercury moves into Scorpio and we’re more likely to divulge, especially as Mercury and Jupiter meet. On the flip side, Mercury can be obsessive in Scorpio. We’re tenaciously getting to the bottom of a mystery, even if it’s uncomfortable.
We’re wrapping up the lunar month, one that began back on September 20. During the last four weeks we were asked to clean up. Today’s Virgo Moon is a check in on our progress. What still needs to be tidied up? Organized? Or tossed out?
After four weeks of tidying up and falling in love with the details, Venus prepares to leave Virgo. Truthfully, Venus isn’t super comfortable in Virgo, having to learn the quiet pleasure of service versus adoration. But, come tomorrow, Venus is back home in Libra.
Venus and Mars rounding out their time in Virgo and we’re getting a push from the cosmos to clean, organize, and tend to the details of daily life. Mars in Virgo, in particular, is a drive for perfection. Venus in Virgo, on the other hand, finds beauty in order.
