With last week’s solar eclipse behind us, we’re in a new setting of time, one that takes us into the next six months. It’s still a week of transitions and one that may be marked by events as well as a psychic intensity, especially as we come up to the first-quarter moon.
When an eclipse happens, it marks a point in the sky that becomes charged. So, we have to keep our eye on 10 degrees of Libra over the coming days and weeks. While no planets will reach that degree until 2025, we have points within this lunar month, one that goes until November 1, where the eclipse degree gets activated.
One of which is the first-quarter moon this week, on October 9, when the Moon reaches 10 degrees of Capricorn. This is how eclipse energy can ripple outward. As a result, Wednesday could be a pivotal day, one that brings into focus what this recent eclipse was all about.
Also this week, both Jupiter and Pluto change directions, two planets that speak to life on a larger scale. Jupiter makes us aware of the world. It inspires travel and exploration and acts of faith. It also speaks to wisdom and knowledge, truth and discovery. Pluto, on the other hand, digs into the deepest and sometimes darkest parts of ourselves, all so that we can put shadows into light.
